Every piece is cut and hand finished to order, so an order is confirmed by deposit rather than by payment in full. This page sets out how that works.
Confirming your order
- Within Pakistan — a minimum 50% advance confirms the order. Production begins once it is received; the balance is due before dispatch.
- International orders — payment is taken at 100% in advance.
Making time
Dhanak pieces take 7–8 weeks. Ujala pieces take 8–9 weeks. The window shown on each product page is the one that applies to that piece, and it starts from the day the deposit clears — not from the day the order is placed.
Customisation to colour, fabric or measurements may extend that window. We will tell you before we begin if it does.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are dispatched once the balance is settled and the piece has passed final finishing. You will receive tracking details at dispatch.
Delivery timelines after dispatch depend on the courier and destination. Customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address before confirming. We are not able to redirect a parcel once it has been handed to the courier, and re-delivery to a corrected address is charged at cost.
